About Me
I’m Jordan, and I’m a Senior Broadcast Journalist at Global, based in Cardiff. You’ll usually find me on air across Wales - on Heart, Capital and Smooth Radio - and across the UK on LBC and LBC News.
I’ve lived in Cardiff for more than ten years, after growing up in Southend-on-Sea, in Essex, with stops in Brighton and Clevedon along the way.
Before completing my BA (Hons) Journalism degree as a mature student at the University of South Wales, until 2020, I ran a media news website - it was incorporated into a company in 2011 and the trademark for the name was obtained in 2012 - imediamonkey®.
I have also worked as a reporter for LGBTQYMRU Magazine, been Content Controller & Contributor at Ysbyty Ystrad FM (YYFM) and a Broadcast Journalist and Presenter at Bro Radio.
Furthermore, I’ve worked with South Wales Police for a number of years, on a voluntary basis, capturing the hard work of the Extended Police Family - including members of the Special Constabulary, Police Support Volunteers, Police Student Volunteers, Police Youth Volunteers and Cadets.
You can listen to, watch and read some of my previous work on my website.
